You did a great job on telling this story, and your production value is great. But, to be honest, it is a shame you wasted your talent on the ‘undressed in public’ idea, which is so unoriginal.
I don’t konw why people like to argue the fact that “this is already been done before”. I think most if not all of the most popular ones have had such accusations. I think that it is just people who are jealous at the quality and the amount of work involved. The production design is good, the direction is good, the camera is good, the acting is good, and the editing is good. These are some of the most important criteria in any commerical. Nothing has to be realistic at all. It’s a comedy spec. of course things are blown out of proprtion….ITS FUNNY!

Having a husband in “the business” I’m familiar with the time and effort it takes to portray and thoroughly present a story in a matter of 20 seconds. This spot accurately depicts all of the elements needed for a comedy commercial bit. Short, sweet, to the point. Good job.
I’m not seeing the grand production value that so many others are commenting about in this spot. It’s typical video at best. The shots are boring. The editing in the beginning makes for a confusing lead in. I have no idea what’s going on, so by the time we reach the reveal we get a weak payoff (it also holds way to long). That along with sub par acting… just doesn’t cut it for me.
Oh Barb… have you ever read a book. Einstein actually walked out his door forgeting to wear pants… so I guess it could and did happen… I don’t know this guy… but the production value was nice… it was cute… 3 1/2 out of 5 stars!
