Group Travel

If you're traveling with a group of ten or more people, our Group Travel Program is for you! The program provides extra flexibility and discounted air fare to help make your travel experience affordable, easy, and fun.

Groups receive access to special discounts off published fares through our dedicated Group Travel Reservations Centers. In addition, there are no Saturday night stay or minimum stay requirements and no blackout dates.  Groups also have the option to purchase refundable or nonrefundable fares (applicable rates apply).

Flexible Payments: No upfront payment required to create a Group reservation.

No Extra Fees: No booking, ticketing, or change fees.

Unlimited Name Changes: Unlimited name changes up to 72 hours prior to departure.

Earn Free* Tickets: Earn one free ticket to be used on your Group's itinerary for every 30th passenger booked.

*Does not include airport-assessed passenger facility charges (PFC) of up to $9, and government-imposed September 11th Security Fee of up to $5 one-way.

Send In Your Deposit: A $50 per person deposit may be required to hold a reservation after the initial booking and will be applied toward your total balance. Credit cards are not accepted for deposits. However, we do accept cashier's checks, approved travel agency checks, or money orders.  All deposits are non-refundable.

Submit Final Payment: Final payments must be made in a single payment by credit card, cashier's check, or travel agency check. To pay by credit card, call Toll Free 1-855-233-0873 or download, complete, and fax the Letter of Authorization to (214) 792-4793 on or before the final payment due date.
