Reservations for rentals picked up in Canada and Puerto Rico cannot be made on southwest.com.
A flight is not required in order to receive Rapid Rewards credit for your car rental with Hertz.
To request credit for a past rental, visit hertz.com and click on the "Partners" section, followed by "Air Partners", then "Southwest Airlines." Click on the "Retroactive Claim Form" link at the bottom of the page to request Rapid Rewards credit up to six months after your rental date.
