At check-in, request Rapid Rewards credit and provide your Rapid Rewards account number.
Rapid Rewards Members can redeem 5,000 Hyatt Gold Passport points for 2.0 Rapid Rewards credits. Members can also redeem 50,000 Gold Passport points for 20 Rapid Rewards credits plus a bonus of 5.0 additional credits for a total of 25 credits.
Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for credit stays to transfer to their Rapid Rewards account from Hyatt.
