With Thrifty, a flight is not required in order to receive credit. Industry discount rates, tour rates and complimentary rentals do not qualify for Rapid Rewards credit.
To request credit for a past rental, you can mail a photocopy of your rental agreement, along with your Rapid Rewards account number to:
